Dunkin Deals

Hello Fellow Adventures,

I know there is no escaping going to Dunkin Donuts on your way to work or school and I know that better than anyone, but did you know that they are always giving out deals right under our noses! Dunkin has gone paperless when it comes to their coupons and now uses their smartphone app to send out all of their deals
What does that mean for you the user? Well, you'll never lose out on another great Dunkin Deal ever again.

Taco Pasta

Hello Fellow Food Adventurers,

So after browsing Pinterest - I'm totally in love with this recipe. If you'd like to, you can check out my Pinterest Boards at Anyway, I happened to stumble on Taco Pasta! So thanks to Food Gift Ideas I was able to try out this awesome recipe. I did tweak it a little bit by adding a few dashes of Tabasco sauce, because in our house we like it spicy.

Mini Meatloaf

Hello Everyone,
So today I tackled meatloaf, but as you know I love making things mini sized so I used a muffin tin to make individual meatloaf muffins. This recipe is super easy and only requires 4 ingredients, you read that right, only 4 ingredients. The best part is that these are already portioned out for lunch and you can freeze them for easy freezer individual meals.

  • 1 lb of ground beef (I like to use the 85% Meat  / 15% Fat)
  • 1/2 box of Savory Herb Stovetop Stuffing
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup of milk
Oven: 400°F       Cooking Time:  18 minutes   Serves: 1-2 muffins per person / 5-10 people

Make the Switch: What Foods To Pick

Hello Fellow Food Adventurers,
As the days go by and my days get busier I find it harder to keep track of ways to keep my calories down. So now its time to fill my kitchen with healthier food that will mindlessly help me cut some calories.

Cut Calories at Breakfast
  • Bagel for an English muffin to slash 220 calories.
  • A glass of whole milk for skim to save 70 calories.
  • Skim milk in place of coffee-mate in your coffee
  • Three-egg omelet for one egg and two egg whites.
  • Pork sausage for turkey sausage to cut about 125 calories each or have bacon over sausage
  • Eat a bowl of high-fiber cereal and you'll consume fewer calories all day.
  • Choose a yeast doughnut instead of a denser cake one.
