Happy Halloween with Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi Everyone, Kat here, I hope everyone is having a safe Halloween. This year I am a fun size Kit Kat, I made it myself and it was very popular. All it took me was some felt and fleece from the fabric store, super easy and you can do it yourself too!

This year for Halloween I made delicious chocolate cookies with Pumpkin and oatmeal. I hope you enjoy them as much as my friends did!

  • 1 cup Canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup White sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, soft at room temperature
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten
  • 1 3/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbs Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk chocolate chips
Oven: 375°F           Time: 10-15 Minutes      Serving: 6-8 People

How to Put It Together:
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, two sugars, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  2. Add and mix in butter, mixing until crumbly.
  3. Stir in egg and pumpkin. Then the rolled oats and chocolate chips.
  4. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes remove when golden brown.
